What is your return policy?
We accept returns for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn
- Undamaged
- Returned in their original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Can I exchange my sunglasses?
Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a different style of equal value.
What if I purchased my sunglasses during a promotion?
Items purchased as part of a promotion, including our 2 for $49 offer, may be subject to adjusted refund amounts if only part of the order is returned.
Are any items final sale?
Yes. The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items
- Sample items
- Discontinued styles
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
