Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns for a refund within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn
• Undamaged
• Returned in their original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a different style of equal value.

30-day warranty

Every pair of Shady Park sunglasses comes with a 30-day warranty, starting the day your order is delivered.

If your frames break or show a defect from normal wear within those 30 days, we'll replace them free. That includes:

• Loose or broken hinges
• Lenses that pop out or come loose
• Cracks or breaks in the frame
• Damage in transit or manufacturing defects

The warranty doesn't cover loss or theft, everyday scratches, or accidental damage such as sitting on, dropping or stepping on your sunglasses.

To make a claim, email info@shadyparkla.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. If the same style is no longer available, we'll exchange it for a style of equal value.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.

Promotions

Items purchased as part of a promotion, including our 2 for $49 offer, may be subject to adjusted refund amounts if only part of the order is returned.

Final sale

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale items
• Sample items
• Discontinued styles

Final sale items are still covered by the 30-day warranty.
